Dolphins House (Ground floor)

"Dolphins House" is located 50 meters from the beautiful beach with white sand and crystal waters of Myrodatos.

Near the villa there are many fish restaurants and a small supermarket, while at a distance of 500m there are organized beach bars with sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach directly in front of the villa is free, but the villa has its own beach umbrella and chairs for guests to use.

The picturesque villages of Myrodato and Avdira are 5 km away. from the villa where you can find a wide variety of places to eat, shops, banks and pharmacies.

The villa has a total area of 80 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 people (including children).

"Dolphins House" is the lower ground floor of a two-story building.

The upper floor is used intermittently by the owners of the villa. "Dolphins House" consists of 2 bedrooms (the 1st with a double bed and the 2nd with a double bed and a bunk bed).

In the living room there is a pull-out double sofa-bed and another sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a large terrace with a table and chairs.

The villa also has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, where children can play for endless hours, and you can watch them from the terrace enjoying aromatic coffee.

In the yard there is a stone barbecue, 2 outdoor showers, garden furniture, a large umbrella.

The city of Xanthi is 30 km away. from the villa.
