A wonderful, two-storey villa, just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Skala Avdira. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people including children. It has 3 bedrooms with balconies and double beds. Two toilets, one on each floor, a shower inside and one in the yard. Fully equipped kitchen and second small one upstairs. There is also an a/c in the living room, WiFi, tv and washing machine. In the yard there is a barbecue and a large parking space.
At 50 meters there is a small market and at 200 meters the area with beach bars and fish taverns begins.
In the summer months there is a frequent connection with the city of Xanthi.
