Avdira Seaside House

A lovely beach front home. Guests can swim in front of the house, fish, snorkel and relax on the beach chairs.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people including children. It has a single living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 small bedroom with a single bed, WC, 2 TVs, wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen, filter coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer and towels. Second separate kitchen and laundry room. It has air conditioning, central heating and a large fireplace for the winter.

It also has a yard with lawn and 2 huge palm trees, a barbecue, garden dining room and a unique view...

Visitors can enjoy their baths at the best beach in the area and at the organized beach bars of the area.

At 2 km there is the archaeological site of Avdira, the port of Avdira and the restaurant Porto Avdira.

A little further down there is Myrodatos beach with beach bars, fish taverns and a mini market.

Also at a distance of 5 km are the beautiful Avdira with taverns, pizzerias and shops. The neighborhood consists of holiday homes and its residents are quiet and welcoming.

In the summer months, there were regular public transports throughout the day to the town of Xanthi (30 km).
