A wonderful holiday villa with an enclosed green yard, just 200 meters from the sandy beach of Myrodatos, the beach bars and fish restaurants of the area.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults) including children. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds. In the living room there is a two-seater sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a/c, wifi, tv, wc with shower and a second shower in the yard. There is also a dedicated BBQ area with outdoor furniture and large secure parking.

In the summer months there is frequent urban transport with the city of Xanthi.
