It has 2 bedrooms upstairs (attic) with double beds. Downstairs you will find a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A double sofa bed where 2 people sleep comfortably. As well as in the same space there is a three-seater sofa bed and a two-seater sofa. Features a large terrace with dining area, wooden cot, garden furniture and large built-in barbecue. Yard with lawn trees and flowers.

Neighborhood consists of summer houses privately owned or rented. During the summer months there is regular public transport with the city of Xanthi.
