The house is located in the settlement of Fanari, just 400 meters from the wonderful beaches of Fanari and Arogi. At 500 meters there are the taverns and cafes of the village and at a distance of 100 meters there are 2 supermarkets.

The house can accommodate up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a double sofa bed as well as a sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, wc with shower. There are also two courtyards, in front and behind the house, with outdoor dining areas and a barbecue.

The house has three a/c, one in each room, wifi, tv and parking on the street, next to the house.
