A sweet holiday home with an enclosed courtyard, just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Skala Avdira. 

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people including children. It has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the second with two single beds. In the living room there is a two-seater sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a/c, wifi, 2 tv, toilet with shower and a second shower in the yard. There is also a dedicated BBQ area with outdoor furniture and large secure parking. 

At 100 meters there is a small market and at 250 meters the area with beach bars and fish taverns begins. In the summer months there is a frequent connection with the city of Xanthi.
