"Teo Penthouse in Beach Avdira" is a wonderful penthouse of a three-storey holiday villa overlooking the beach of Avdira.

It can accommodate up to 5 adult* people. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large balcony with a dining area and a great view. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, WiFi, large BBQ and parking in the complex.

At 200 meters there are wonderful, crystal clear beaches ideal for swimming and relaxing. A little further down you can choose to choose one of the organized beach bars. At 1.5 kilometers there is the traditional harbor of Avdira and the restaurant "Porto Avdira". You can also visit the archaeological site of Abdira. At 3 kilometers you find the beach of Myrodatos with its wonderful beach bars and fish taverns and at 5 kilometers the traditional village of Avdira with shops, pizzerias and taverns.
